They called and left a voicemail saying they have been trying to reach me with no response and this was the last chance claiming the IRS had filed a law suit against me. When I called the man barley spoke any English and said I could fight the claim in court and if I lost I would pay the fine and go to jail for 5 years. I thought it was kind of weird that a government agency wasn't calling to tell me this. I asked the man on the line "why the IRS wasn't calling me and why someone that barley spoke any English was?" and his response was "well ma'am the police can come arrest you if you'd like." and I replied back "oh yea what your going to stick them on me? no how about I call the IRS right now and get to the bottom of this myself" and he hung up on me... Yea that's what I thought.
