I am getting the run around ......a room that was absolutely disgusting.I am losing my patience with Roadway inn . In Bakersfield ,Calif  I had a reservation on Friday. I arrived at Roadway inn at 4pm paid with credit card... I went to the room long enough to drop my bag off inside the door And lefted to go meet a friend for dinner. I arrived back at the hotel at 10:20  when I turned the lights on I saw baby roaches crawling all over the bottom! Of the base boards on the walls .the carpet hadn't been Vacuumed in over a month it looked like . Stains on the carpet A.C unit was coming out of the wall and cracked all the way around .the room smelled like wet towels that were lefted out for a weeks.turned the sheets down and saw pin size bugs crawling around the pillows and the sheets.Blood stain on the sheet that had been washed but the stain was showing. Wasn't going to stay in a bed bug roach infested filthy room that I paid 67.00 for . I grabbed my bag and lefted the room and went to the office but the clerk wasn't at the desk for over 5 minutes . My skin felt like it was crawling. I said screw it and lefted the hotel and went online and checked out at 11pm on Booking.com website . Ive sent Roadway inn emails and my feedbacks and told them what Im telling you .No response.

I want a full refund to be put back on my mastercard. The employees certainly know about the complaint. They are ignoring me. I've already warned them that if I don't get a refund back on my card. That  I was going to call Kern County Health Dept. And tell them everything. And I know once they arrive at the Roadway inn . 100% it will be shut down.
