I am writing you because I am very frustrated and at my widths end. I do not know who to turn to and I have been dealing with the courts and getting nowhere. Can you please help me? The system seems to be in cohoots with criminals like the one I am about to describe. I purchased a vehicle from a dealership , Stars Global Financial Inc., and the vehicle spent more days in the shop than driving. It was later found to be defective. I was not given a title in hand, even though I was promised the next day. I took this dealer to court, which he did not show up, and won. The judgement I won was the price of the car and other expenses incurred within that time of being without the use of the car. I came to realize that this dealer, David Manasheer has not only done this to me, but other people who launch their reports with the better business bureau. After a little investigation myself, I come to realize this man has been suspended previously for misleading other customers and cheating them. A couple months ago, he managed to renew his dealer license and is doing business in Jersey City. How can someone of this caliber still be allowed to perform such business, defrauding people out of their money and get away with it? I do not work much and I have a family to take care of. I needed this vehicle to get to work and around. I am very angry and upset someone like this is still able to have a business that is purposely defrauding and robbing people, yet it is still up and going. I am now wondering if he has any kind of arrangements going on with city officials, as Jersey City tends to encourage this kind of politics. The money he owes me is a little over $3800. He evades the courts and continue to scam people base on the Better Business Bureau reports I have seen, after my encounter. This guy needs to be stopped and I need your help in making that possible.
