Notified today that SkinNoir billed my credit card for eye crème that was supposed to be a free sample. I paid S+H charge, received the product, then got charged because I did not call them within 14 days of receiving product, WTF. Total "bait & switch" marketing practice. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. Called the SkinNoir phone number and it was a waste of time. steer clear of this deceptive company.....I am throwing away the samples......do not trust the ingredients now!
