There were 6 persons that reserved to take the tour at Lockport on September 7, 2016. We made reservations in May 16, 2016. One of the persons has taken seriously ill and is in a wheelchair, his wife is caring for him. I have been requesting a refund of their monies since June. I have filled out paper work online as requested with no response. I have called the office another three times with no response. I paid with my credit card and the others gave me the money. They will not even respond in any way.
