On August, 6th 2016, I ordered online a product from SKINGLOW that was advertised as FREE on Facebook.
It said that it was a unique opportunity and that you would only pay for shipping (USD 2.88). A few days later, I received my product which was not even what I had ordered by the way (I had ordered the eye line repair and I received the total skin serum), but I thought that they maybe didn't have it in stock and since it was free anyway, I had nothing to lose. I never opened the box and put it aside in my bathroom. Last week, checking my VISA statement, I noticed that I had been charged USD 136.97 by SKINGLOW on August 20. I immediately called my bank to dispute that transaction that I never authorized. The bank was able to give me the coordinates of the merchant as follows: 1-855-642-4070. I explained my story to a certain Milena (she refused to let me talk to a manager), thinking it was just a mistake from them and at that point, they told to me that the product I had ordered was only free for two weeks (14 days) and since they didn't hear from me after that deadline, they charged me. It was apparently written on the agreement that I checked online without reading it. I told them that I was not interested in their product at all and that I was going to return it, since it was still in its original box in my bathroom. They answered that it was impossible since I had passed the 2-week limit to do so. On another hand, I received a subscription cancellation from them, just to make sure that they would not continue sending me their stupid product every month. I am stuck with something that I don't even want to use. Never in my life would I pay USD 137 for a cosmetic without trying it before. If I had seen that price somewhere I would never have agreed to receive it, even as a gift. These people are total thieves. Do you think that you can do something to help me recover that money? Thanks a lot for your help.
