I purchased a program on line from the above company. It would not complete the download and when I contacted the company on the above number I was informed I needed to purchase a technicians time to sort out the problem as the software was insufficient. I was suspicious initially when purchasing this software as they stated they required to take over my desktop to download as there may be a problem and I would not be able to deal with it. This should have warned me that there was a catch. I was on the phone for a few hours last night and it is still not sorted as I was unwilling to pay any more money. I am requesting a full refund as the product does not perform as promised.Cost of product £25.95 GBP
