MCEC cut a huge pine tree in the the right of way fronting my property and left the cut up trunks in my front yard. When I called on 2 occasions spreaking to a customer service rep and a supervisor named Jeremy, they informed me it is not their policy to haul away the tree because it does not belong to them.I guess they expect me to pay to have the tree disposed of. Can you help?
