My wife and I believe that we have been used by a scam. The company mentioned above had us send money via money gram and then western union in order to cover the expense of an unsecured loan. The expense being the coverage of insurance fee's for the amount of the loan ($5000). We ended up doing this twice because our bank (BOA) said that they could not honer the loan because it was unsecured.So that's why we ended up trying to send the money twice because the 2nd time we used western union and we still didn't get our loan. So now we requested to cancel the loan and we requested to have our money sent back and at 1st they said fine. After a few days has gone by my wife calls the loan officer again and now he's saying his boss has told him that they don't give refunds. But there's no mention of this in the letter that I had requested back in the very beginning when he told me we were approved. Once he said we were approved I immediately requested the necessary paper work.The paper work was sent via email and it shows the approval of the loan and the terms of the monthly payment. Each time we sent the money via money gram and then western union, it was $500 each time. Then when it was time for the loan Officer (Sam Wilson) to send the money he said they needed another $200 for processing the request. There's more to the story but I only have so much space and time to tell you the most dramatic details of the story. Even if we can't get our money back, I want these thieve's caught and disciplined to fullest extent of the law. Thank You.
