I had ordered this ew-36 scooter and it arrived completely broken. The charger would not charge the battery, the lights didn't work, the speedometer didn't work, and there were nicks and scratches all over it. When I called Ewheels and Electric Vehicle MAll to try to help me with my scooter, the gentleman who answered the phone would not help me. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and refused to fix my scooter or replace it under warranty. I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company and was in a back and forth battle with trying to get my money back for 3 months (which I eventually did). Do NOT be fooled by the looks of this scooter. It is a piece of junk and Ewheels will not help you if you have problems with it. Buyer beware!
The other problem is the electronic brake that always broke and jams.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCOOTER AND THE ELECTRIC VEHICLE MALL AT ALL COST!!!
