This company deliberately tries to confuse customers regarding cancellation of orders and is unwilling to give refunds.
After canceling orders on August 8, 2016, and being assured that I would not have future charges nor would I be sent future orders for weight loss products, Garcinia and Skinny Green Coffee bean, my credit card was charged again, and I was sent another order of Skinny Green. The product caused me to have diarrhea. They do no want to give you a refund and do not want you to return the product, even though they include a return label with the shipment order.
The company is deliberately unclear about the 14-day trial subscription policy, as well as the cost of the monthly subscription. Each product, monthly order of product is $92.95.
