Dear Sir - - I am not really complaining about Holman Ford in Pompano Beach, Florida as they have so far treated me fairly. I am complaining about the Lincoln MKX that I bought. For no reason at all, while I'm driving along the car goes out of gear into neutral and the motor stops and I have to coast over to the side of the road and come to a complete stop, then restart the engine and put the car into drive and then go on my way. This has happened about 4 times and luckily it has been in parking lots or on side streets. If this had happened on a freeway who knows what might have happened. I have brought the car into the dealer and they have checked everything and cannot find anything wrong. My wife refuses to drive the car because she says it is unreliable and is scary.
