Last evening I was searching the web on RE sites. I saw information to look up property records. I went to the site US realtyrecord.com. I wanted to check on a home that I sold a few years ago, to see what the value of the home was at this time. On the site they had a pop-up that stated a one time fee of $1.25 would be charged to my card. I found the house and was satisfied, and signed off for the night. This morning my husband called to let me know our checking account was overdrawn, because of a $29.95 debit from our account. We are elderly and on a fixed income.the company lists their phone #, 800-561-4950, but when I called, they are automated, and could not speak to a person. They recommended to email them at [email protected]. That would not go to any site at all. I am attempting to recover that money, that was the only money in our account until my husband gets paid next Friday. Please help if you can to reach out to this fraudulent charge. Christine Saulnier. [email protected]
