I ordered a pair of shoes I couldn't find elsewhere & got a email saying that the funds taken from my acct would show as melrinand or something like that . No confirmation of my Oder . Have tried to log on to my Order details & tracking with no luck. Have tried to email company X 3 - no reply . No address or ph number on website- silly me !
