Since 2010 to 2016, I was employed with AlliedBarton Security Service. In 2010 I went to the Unemployment service for looking for job. I found AlliedBarton Security Service that hired people at $10.00/hour. After training, AlliedBarton Security Service called me to start to work but for $8.50/hour. I said no because you said to the Unemployment Service you pay $10.00/hour. AlliedBarton Security Service told me that you'll work for a few days because we've a good post for you and we'll pay you better. AlliedBarton Security Service with Supervisor Wanda who never made any change. In 2012, with Supervisor Chris who put me to work in different post sometime they pay me $9.50/hour, $10.00/hour, $12.00/hour and sometime more. In January 2016 with Supervisor Jeremy I had position of Supervisor of Scarritt Bennett Center and they pay me $12.00/hour. In April 2016 another employee call Michael came to tell me that Supervisor Jeremy wanted him to be the Supervisor and nobody did not like you here. I called Supervisor Jeremy everything that Security Guard Michael told then Supervisor Jeremy told me we'll discuss after. In May 2016, I received my paycheck with $10.50/hour. I called my Supervisor Jeremy to talk about that so he told me to call him another time to discuss about that. When I called him he never pick up the phone despite I leaved message he never called me back. Now I think may be Security Guard Michael had reason to tell me that Jeremy don't need me anymore. June 30, 2016 I sent to Jeremy a message: Good evening. Something happened in my paycheck. They pay me some hours $12.00/hour and some $10.50/hour. Please help me to understand that. Thanks. Supervisor Jeremy never answer me. In July 11, 2016 I sent him another message about the same problem because they continue to cut money on my paycheck. Supervisor Jeremy never answer me. July 15, 2016 I sent a last message to Supervisor Jeremy in that I told him that I try to talk with you after I received twice my paycheck but you did not want to talk with me about it so if this is $10.50/hour that you want to pay me for all work that I have to do then you may send someone else in my position tomorrow. At this time Supervisor Jeremy called me and he's just telling me to bring the uniforms and with everything back to the office because you've no gun to do the job that is the reason we can't pay you $12.00/hour. I said to him that I worked with AlliedBarton Security Service July since 2010, so that is not the first post that we pay me $12.00/hour. According to AlliedBarton Security Service's rules if an employee doesn't want to a post and wants to work in a different post he/she is free to do that. I mean that I never asking to Supervisor Jeremy that I want to quit AlliedBarton Security Service. In result, AlliedBarton Security Service never pay me for my vacations time. 21, 2016 I bring back the uniform to Jeremy he has to give me $200.00 because that was the money they took on me for paying the uniform until now they don't pay me back the $200.00. August 08, 2016 I received a letter from AlliedBarton Security Service in that letter they said that it's me who the job. That is not true because AlliedBarton Security Service just used Security Michael and Supervisor Jeremy to give me hard time for example, Michael told me: "It's me that Supervisor Jeremy want to be the supervisor of this post. For example, Security Guard Michael used to put trash everywhere in my office just to humiliate me and pushed to quit. For example, Supervisor Jeremy cuts money in my paycheck without any notice. Every time I explained to Supervisor Jeremy about what Security Michael did to me then Supervisor Jeremy did not stop Michael and he give all power to Security Michael to give me hard time. Then Supervisor Jeremy used the way to cut money on my paycheck just to push me to quit the job. What now, I am looking for justice for that AlliedBarton Security Service pay me: all my vacations time (2010-2016), $200.00 for the uniforms, all the money they took in my paycheck (May 2016 - July 2016) and a letter for helping me to get benefits from State of Tennessee Department Of Labor And Workforce Development.
