There is corruption in India which will never go but of course it can be reduced. Corrupt cops might try their level best to show you doing default the 41a notice so that their powers to arbitrary arrest & thereby extortion & other corrupt practices start again even after the Arnesh Kumar Judgment of July 2014. You need to expose these lies of the police especially the IO. Do not receive the 41a notice on phone. Do not accept the 41a notice without any diary number or date but still if your family member is forcefully made to sign on the receiving of an undated & undiarized 41a notice against the law then file the RTI on 41a Fraud by police.
