I found the bathers I wanted on what I thought was a UK based company website called Hbc power uk. I signed up and placed an order for 2 items: leopard print Magicsuit bathers and a leopard print sarong. Around 2 weeks later I received a parcel from China from a sender zhouxiang032. Inside was 2 items I have never ordered, nor anyone order for me; a one piece fake Nike swimsuit and a fake Abercombe and Fitch pleated black tennis skirt. It took me a while to realise that my order was connected to this error or scam. I repeatedly tried to contact HBcpower via email, no reply. Next I read the email that was sent when I made my purchase that advised me on what I could find on my credit card statement and repeatedly sent emails for them to contact me. No reply! On the package there was a phone number was doesn't work. What can I do next?
