My card was stolen, the card was used for purchasing the items that I did not authorize. PC Financial MasterCard refused to refund because the pin number was entered when the transaction was made. I have made a police report and all other supporting documents but apparently they still refuse to pay me back. I have done all I can to protect my PIN number and I do believe that nobody else knows my PIN number other than me. I don't know how it happened but I'm so disappointed with their service. When the card was stolen I made the report to their customer service and notify them within less than 24hrs. The lady that I spoke on the phone told me that the new card will be sent within less than 7 days and there will be some documentations that I have to sign and bring it to the police. However, I didn't receive the new card for almost 2 months. I contacted them and asking for the new card again for the second time. They seemed to ignored my complaints and told me that I'm liable for all the unauthorize charges that have made on my card.
