I thought I was ordering a bracelet from online but made the payment but then realised I had been had when they took more than they were supposed too!! ive tried to contact but no contact details only a form you fill in which you never hear back from... I have phoned my bank but have to wait for it actually to come out!! Feel so stupid.. was for my Daughters birthday, really strange when you don't get email confirmation
