Texted message to me, word for word:

If we don't hear back from you then the warrant will be filed in 24 hours and we'll start the process to take this in the court house for loan fraud under U.S.C. Law 129 (B). CPN: LGBDT 62488; Compa aid loan which you borrowed from our client "Cash Advance America". If you are looking to resolve this case you need to inform the Accounts.
Called the number back from a land line, message of a male with a foreign accent said, "We are unable to take your call, please leave a message and we will get back with you."
Since when did Law Firms text you? How did they get my cell phone number?
