Jose Vazquez commissioned some 3D modeling work for an automotive lens in March 2015. The project was completed perfectly and on time. As Mr Vazquez himself confirmed, production went ahead without any issues. His company (Modelo Group) went on to deliver the project to the end customer, but they failed to make any payment for the 3D model. Mr Vazquez agreed to make payment in Bitcoin for the quoted project value of USD 800. The equivalent value was 3.5 Bitcoin when payment details were given. Jose Vazquez and his accountant promise to make the payment, then fail to make the payment, then make an excuse about it, then promise to make the payment, then fail to make the payment, etc. This pattern continues, sometimes they just ignore chase-up emails. Mr Vazquez has other companies chasing him for money - he never answers his phone if he can't identify the number.
