I received a mailer from Gene Fulmer in January 2016 after debating whether to call him I finally did. Mr Fulmer seemed very professional and well versed on my situation and informed me of a Quiet Title procedure that could help me reclaim my home. He advised me that I would have to pay $2000.00 up front and $10,000.00 after the process was complete which was to take about 8 weeks. Although it took me approx 30 days or less to remit full payment Mr. Fulmer was patient until the final payment was deposited into his Chase account after that he stopped responding to my voicemails and emails. The reason I am stating such a loss price wise is because not only did we lose the house but we lost $2000.00 and about $6000.00 in moving expenses. The only saving grace was that he introduced us to Greg Krueger from Stop Eviction now who was able to help us with approximately 5 months worth of time as we just vacated the property 6/30/2016. However, Gene Fulmer lacks integrity and honesty because he did finally after about almost two months his last response to me via email at the end of March was that he would refund my money in full by April 25, 2016 but that never happened and I never heard from him again. Which is sad because I trusted him and now I will never put my vulnerability out there like that again. Thank you, Corinthia Mims
