I received an overdraft from my bank. I should have not had anything bounce. I notified the bank and they told me there was $87.00 taken out of my account. They told me who it was and a phone number, being as I had never heard of them before. I called and spoke with a very rude person telling me I had ordered this. If I had I would have given my credit card number not an electronic check. Said they could not refund money of $87.00 back to me until it had cleared the bank. Bank said it cleared on May 24, 2016, and today is the 25th of May, 2016. Bank sent me a copy of the electronic check. She wanted to speak with my banker. Which they did and they verified that it had cleared. Meanwhile I have never received anything from this company. This woman then said she would cancel any further withdrawals and I had to send them a cancel/recover report which I have to have them mail to me, and they need a copy of my bank statement. Which I did and mailed back within a week. I called them to see how this was coming along and was notified that I needed to send the information again, which I did all over again. Called in another week, called, and was told again to send again. So I have been texting them everyday, to no avail. No one calls back. When I call the person on the form tells me the same thing. I have ask for a supervisor and was told I did not need one to just send what I was required to send. Today is July 4, 2016, and have not heard or received anything from them, money or product wise. All I want is my $87.00.
