I have a 2.5 Year old refrigerator retail price approx. 2300.00 a small plastic piece broke on it. they can send me all the parts behind this piece as well as in front of this piece, but not the piece I need. They are telling me I have to replace the entire door and handle at a cost of 300.00 on a less than 3 year old refrigerator. I find it ridiculous that this piece was made of plastic and worse is the only piece I can't buy. Anyone who buys a Samsung product beware.
