International boundaries
The initial response to my clicking on his site was a PayPal page that looked unusual and which said I had already paid. I was suspicious so I went back to check, and was then charged again - for something I had not decided to buy and have not yet received.
I cannot contact the seller. All the URLs he has given on his site and in response to my purchase are invalid. He responds to all my emails to [email protected] with stock email giving two URLs to download the purchased book and another add-on, but those URLs both return 404 Page not found.
I have opened up a case with PayPal.
