Due date to pay 52.74 is 07/10/16, On 06/24/16 tried to pay above charges with a valid Visa Card. AmExpess-Costco was not accepted. Now the bill had a penalty charge of $25.00. I agree AmExpress-Cosco suspended The Bill is paid before the due date.The Charges, $52.74 are for future service to be provided during 07/01/16 to 09/30/16. WHY THE PENALTY . Bill does not show any indication of penalty for Auto Pay cards tha t are refused, nor if you want to change Cr. Cards in case of "Not Accepted Cr replacement, with a VALID card Account Number 18204; Invoice #0012165803 Invoce date o6/20/16
