I have mailed a check for $249 in good faith for 2 Years of UNLIMITED repairs and support for both quick and advanced problems for my computer.
You have sent me a conformation for this plan.
I am wondering if you are really a legitimate.
I called 6/25/16 06:20 and spoke one of your associated ans she was very hard to understand and very rude and hung-up on me - refused to answer the phone - if this is the way they conduct bushiness, I have alternate ways of dealing with the them. I felt that I was taken and being ignored by the company. I will chalk this up as a bad experience and recommend do NOT do business with them they are so unprofessional and not customer friendly.
