This company defrauded a senior citizen who is on a fixed income. They offered a free sample of their DeluxeEye product and then charged my credit card $85.97. I called them and they said that there was a clause which allowed them to charge me this if I didn't cancel within 14 days. I don't remember seeing anything like this and if there was a clause like that, it was very fraudulently concealed so that it was hard to see. I called their company and the poor service reps that handle their phone lines seemed to be unsympathectic yet offered to refund 50% of the charge. The bank was unable to do anything as they say this happens often.
