We purchase a round trip from Orlando FL to Detroit MI. When we tried to get of Itenary for my flight, it showed it was never purchased, I tried it again, my bank card was saying DENIED!! I called my bank and it said it was taken out, but Spirit said they have never gotten and Edreams was the ticket agent. This really inconvenient my because I had to repurchase another ticket to make my flight. When I got back Monday, June 13th I was told that it would take 48 hrs to be put back in my account, then I was told Wednesday it would take 24 hr to be back into my account, call Thursday was told the same thing, NOW WE COME TO FRIDAY, the money will be in Monday,,,now that's some CRAP!!!!???????? Before using any travel agency, do your homework, NOT ALL AGENCY'S have good intentions.
