I have been purchase Mac Air & Iphone 6s plus on 19/05/2016. Total value is $2583. After 12 days not received products that I ordered. I ask for cancel

This is what reply from ValueBasket

I would like to confirm that your order has now been cancelled and a refund will be issued as soon as possible. An email will be forthcoming once the refund is initiated. Refunds typically take 2-5 days to process from our end, depending on how you paid for your original order (we always credit back to the same credit card that you used for payment). Unfortunately, it can sometimes take another 2-3 days for your bank to process the refund, so we advise that you allow 7 days for the funds to be seen in your account.

After few email and phone call. They told me that my refund will be escalated with high priority. After 3 weeks, I still not get my refund yet.

I already report this to Australian Federal Police and Autralian Cyber Crime (ACORN). Next week, I am going to ACCC as office is near my work place.

I won't recomend anyone and avoid this scam & fradudent website. Never doing business with ValueBasket.

Till now I haven't got my money yet. I won't stop and is going to fight for my money. I can provide all evidence if it needs
