I have a 2 page letter but to keep it short...I have a security system already. The company sticker is on my door. Monitronics came to upgrade the equipment so I let them in. This was in March. My company came in ato fix system as it wasnt working and this is when I fou;nd out about the second company. When I called monitronics they told my I signed a contract which I th;ought was for upgraded equipment they said it was my problem I signed with them and I could just pay them for the next 3 years. He was yelling and wouldnt give me time of day.
