On Jan. 03/15 I purchased a reclining loveseat and chair -was told was 100% leather except for the backing.-- after 1 year and 3 months the right arm and seat started peeling. I had also purchased a 5 year insurance plan --called the insurance co. filled out forms and sent pictures after 1 week was told they did not cover peeling , also my furniture was not leather--that I should contact Ashley's customer service. Contacted them sent the same pictures with a full explanation --was told my furniture was leather sent a false labeling --again they could do nothing because my warranty was up and I would have to repair it myself. Customer service was terrible to deal with and Ashley's has given false advertising Now after paying for what I thought was 100% leather I have a disgraceful looking loveseat. How can salesmen get away with telling you lies just to sell a product. This is terrible that a customer has to put up with this kind of false advertising. I thought Ashley's sold better quality furniture and they would be more reliable. What are our rights???
