If you are an agent and have a contract with them BEWARE they will take your OWN clients and the clients bookings. Sometimes if you have a lot on the books with AVOYA they will release you from your contract, keep your clients and your clients bookings or you have to pay them money for your own clients. After you leave AVOYA they will market to your clients. DO not give them your clients info.
If you have an issue with a vendor, AVOYA does NOTHING to help you resolve it, they are supposed to be a host agency so you work under their umbrella, but if there is a problem AVOYA will do very little to help you. AGENTS BEWARE
I had to put in a dollar amount for this complaint, but can assure you I have witnessed agents with 30,000 yes thirty THOUSAND dollars in commissions and AVOYA will release them from their contract and keep the commissions,
