dittman plumbing was called by the Manor Association hired by Lauriedale condominiums to fix a bathroom drainage problem. The man came out and spent just 20minutes and could not remove the plate from the tub and left without doing any further work. The Manor Association was billed $247.50 and refused to pay so the owner was then contacted to pay the bill. This is totally unacceptable business practice and this dittman plumbing was rude and shut the door in my face when i tried to compromise the bill. I hope this company will never ,ever get a diamond rating as it's a very inept and unprofessional company who has employees who don't know what their doing.
