I thought I was dealing directly with Hampton Inn and it turned out I was on Reservation Desk. I made it clear several times that I wanted to double queen adjoining rooms. When I got to the hotel they had the rooms but not adjoining, and there weren't any available. I started to get heated with Hampton Inns when I was told I made the reservation through Reservation Desk. I was also informed that services like this will take room requests but have no way to follow up on them. So when I requested adjoining rooms Reservation Desk knew they couldn't promise that, but assured me I'd have what I asked. I called to complain and they refused to put me through to a person who could talk to me about my situation, but I would receive an email. I'm waiting. I'm through will all third party reservation sites. they promise but can't deliver. Too frustrating, but they disguise themselves well. I've learned. make reservations directly.
