I responded to an offer for Garcinia Cambogia - weight reduction product - sent on 6/2/2016
On 6/6/2016 company also sent a 30 day cleanse product -there was no information on the packing slip as to which credit card was charged or date of order - I attempted to contact company via the package shipping information : DHL Global Mail SM Parcels Express and was directed to several 800 DHL numbers :
800-225-5345; 800-805-9306; 800-426-5962 - each rep informed me that the tracking numbers on the 2 packages were too long for DHL - after speaking to a DHL sueprvisor I was informed that their company offices were in Germany - they were very big and worldwide - and used USPS as their USA agent to deliver packages - I was informed by that supervisor to refuse future packages - and to contact my credit card company to determine if there was a way to stop payments - but was told this would be a long process as the method used by the company was potentially fraudulent - when googling the address on the package Fullfilment Center PO Box 61553 Savannah GA 31419 I found a reference for the Garcinia Cambogia for [email protected] call 24/7 1-800-86-7053 and another address for Hashtag Fullfillment PO Box 41542 St Petersburg FL 33743 - I downloaded their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service Policy which detailed what I needed to do to get off their list - including how to return the packages at my expense and an additional $5 for restocking - for each shipment - I am submitting this info to this site and will contact the Atty General of Pennsylvania to follow thru on a fraudulent company policy that dupes people by e-mail and creates a convuluted method to get the customer to stop shipments and credit card charges - at the customer's expense - I hope this helps others in the same boat
