I signed up for their service in Nov 2015 after the demonstration of how "sic" my computer was. Yes, it did
seem to run faster but would if you remove some junk. They did help with some informational and preference settings.
In June of 2016 they tried the same scam, telling me how bad the drivers are and how some of the software was corrupted. They wanted $220.00 more.The new issue was not covered by what I had bought. This is when my suspicions about them where revealed. Don't fall for the same bull.
