She messaged me in skype saying that it will be delayed a day,So Ive waited, and giving me false hopes that she is going to send the payment using western Union. to no avail. She messaged me again that she had cough and colds, but she will ask someone to send it. Her response is not constant. Then he did gave me a reference number that is fake. when I went to western Union with thid reference number 595 699 1106 for 4500 pesos, Then the teller told me that it was already picked up under the name of certain Glenn few Months ago.Then I message Rosalie Colis again, She said " Im sorry it was sent to a different person. Purely the intention is to scam and not to pay. When Im telling her that I will report her to the police, she just laugh and saying I am not afraid..
