The seller contacted me by email and asked me to pay by Wetern Union to avoid taxes. The cost was USD 130 + USD 15 for shipping.
A fake tracking number was given to me. It was for a product which was destined to another person. The seller told me that he will send another phone. But I have waited one week without a reply. I think that he did not have the intention to send the phone.
