The auto-renewal process which Avangate uses surreptitiously with many of the software vendors is a horror. They take money out of your account for software renewals at the HIGHEST possible prices. Even though one can purchase software at deep discounts, the renewal process NEVER affords a subscriber the lowest price. Instead the highest price is charged, often without even the buyer's knowledge. The default auto-renewal is "on" when one buys a subscription through Avangate. Thus if you change your e-mail address, you won't even be notified. You are plainly out of luck.
