I am only dealing with the last renewal. The previous month I blame myself. Since I 1st joined ourtime the response was lacking, it was just enough to keep me trying. When I responded to someone they were all of a sudden no longer on the site or they just did not get back to me. I finally had enough and tried to cancel they answered with a reduced price offer (50% off) and when I said okay they charged me full price. I have left messages on the site and tried to call customer service, but when i call I get a message saying I am calling during non working hours (I called between 9am and 5pm like I was told). The whole thing feels like a sham but either way I want my money back for this last renewal in May.
