I had a rat infestatation in my building and had a legal letter sent to me by my tenants to act within 48hours to resolve the issue. i called antoine at monarck franchise in montreal on a sunday morning. he came in and asked alot of questions but did not do much except put the poison pellets in some areas of the building and charge me 286$. 2 days later the rats are still there. could not get an appointment till the next sunday 7 days later while children's safety are at risk. even with this postponed date he never showed up or called to cancel. when i called antoine he is rude calling me by my first name telling me that missing apointments is part of life and when im having a better day to call him back to take another appointment! i am going to call another company to do the job professionally because i doubt he is a professional just by the way he talks to me (a paying client) the poor job and finally the no show with little regard for the all the tenants that were waiting all day sunday for him to show up!
