This has occurred over a period of a couple of months but the date above is the most recent. A D. Webster and another gentleman whose name I did not get have repeatedly harassed my parents with calls stating they have won several million dollars and a car and it will only cost them $300.00 to claim these prizes. My parents and I have repeatedly told them to stop calling but they continue to persist. My parents recognize this as a scam but I don't want them to continue to be harassed and I'm concerned for those who don't recognize it as a scam.
