The $706 was a charge after we left our lease for a 3 bedroom apartment on April 12th, 2016. We were not informed of them changing out the carpet nor are we even 100% certain that they have even done what they are charging us for as there is no proof. We feel that we were wrongly charged this fee as it was never discussed in the lease nor upon move out procedures.
