They say it's a free sample you just pay S&H and if would like to keep receiving just reorder and pay 164.25 well even when I did not reorder they still took 164.25 without permission. the stuff don't even work. And if you try to email them from the email address they send you emails from it will not send it says invalid email address and when I called the first time the lady was rude and called her self a supervisor and when I asked to talk to someone above her she refused to let me.
