i ordered windows from anderson through bridget parsons design consultant. when the tech came to do the final measurement he noted that she had ordered me a gray color metal window when in fact my room had bronze windows. since it is a sunroom there's glass everywhere and the color is distinct. there was no mention of a gray colored metal instead of my bronze color; i wasn't consulted on this. in my discussion with the tech it came to light that i could not get bronze trim throughout the inside and outside that they didn't make them; i would have to go with a cream color regular window which is totally wrong for the room and would change the whole appearance besides not what i had before. he also wanted me to give him 650.00 more money for this type of windows which clearly i didn't want. i did not sign the change order and told him i'd think about it. i immediately notified bridget the first sales person of this issue. she offered to eat the 650.00 since it was her error. she knew exactly what she was doing, scamming me. first scamming me with the wrong color because they don't have what i have and secondly scamming me to make more money on their product. i told her to send my money back. the first check i gave the day bridget was there. the 2nd check i gave to the tech and that check should not have been cashed since the order was in limbo with these changes that weren't at all what i wanted. i was told by bridget, after waiting a week the windows were already being made. i said it doesn't matter that i have in fact not signed the change order and to send my money back. i still don't have it and have turned it over to my attorney. evidently this is a common practice i have since found out. rather than say they don't have what i want they just order whatever and then try to convince the client to take what they have. totally unacceptable. i will sue if my money is not returned immediately besides giving every social media this information about the salesman bridget and the company.
