International boundaries
They state you can get birth certificates through them but the actual state agency states they are illegal & only the individual can request birth certificates through the legit website. The state told me to dispute the charges & call the state directly. This company doesn't disclose that they can't represent you legally & therefore shouldn't take your money for a service that they can't provide. After 2 months, I still haven't received a certificate. States are putting warnings online to avoid them since its against the law for an outside agency to illegally sign your name on your behalf.
