He is an American who has been staying in Ukraine for months now. He employs stay-at-home mothers from the Philippines without paying them for their services.
He outsourced employees from the Philippines, saying he'd pay 300 USD for the first 2 months, and 800-1100 USD after.
Our job was to write SEO-friendly content (3 articles/day) for 2 American plumbing company websites he built called http://boulder-plumber.com/ and http://austins-plumber.com/ ,including fake reviews of these websites to be posted on Yelp, Angie’s List, and other similar sites. HColorado and Texas plumbing companies will pay him a fixed amount each month, in exchange for him to forward any call he gets (using the number posted on the sites) to them.
Initially, he didn’t pay us on time for the following reasons: banks in Ukraine did not let him withdraw money in USD, other banks in Ukraine would only let him withdraw a few hundred dollars in a day so he needs more time to pay u, PayPal doesn’t work in Ukraine, Moneygram charges too much (40 USD per transaction), etc.
The two of us only received a little over 100 USD each even if we worked for a total of four months . If asked for any updates regarding our salary, he wouldn’t reply for weeks at a time. He’d say he would pay on (for example) Tuesday, but when Tuesday comes, he’d say he would pay next week. The cycle goes on.
If you want an honest, dependable, and professional employer, skip Glen Kutsovsky and find someone else. If you are considering him as a business partner, please think twice for your own sake.
