This IS a problem, and it's been going on for years. I've been locked out of the Country Guitar lessons several (6-8) times. Usually, they respond to an email and reset the account. I've emailed 3 times in the past two days with NO response. At the top of the log in screen, when failed, reads:
"Sorry, either you have entered an invalid username/password, or you may not have activated your account yet."
I've had this account for about 3 years. There's NO excuse for this when the customer buys a "lifetime membership."
DON'T purchase from Guitar in a Nutshell. The company may be out of business.
