ordered product on line, had to pay shipping, that was taken from my account on 04-18-2016, called the number that did shipping out on the 04-19-16 to cancel product, 04-20-16 was charged for products again 71.42, called 1-888, talked to a lady states I had to cancel product 14 days after original order. I ordered on the 18th and cancelled on the 19th and you took another charge out on the 20th. she was swearing at me, called me a stupid c**t. she states that it was done automatically and I approved for this shipment. I didn't approve any other shipment, wont let me talk to supervisor, states will refund the $$ back to your dumb ass. nice customer service.
